I'm looking to buy a 48v battery for my TSDZ2 and have the option of a 13s4p Samsung (2600 mah cells) and a 13s3p (3600 mah cells) Sanyo. The 13sp3 is smaller due to less cells and will fit my frame bag better. Is there any disadvantage with the 13s3p rather than the 13s4p battery ?

Lower current handling capacity (=lower power.) But if you need significantly less than the max power of the 3p pack then you're not losing much.

Thanks Bill. It's rated at 22a continuous and I plan running it at 18a. I may be better with the 13sp4.
