Nar its probably a vape cloud. All the ecig vapors like to go for the highest discharge power cells because they claim it releases the best flavor, especially when paired with a sub-ohm coil in their clearomizer.
Thats why they are happy to buy the expensive Sony VTC5 18650 cell without a thought about its price because its all about the flavor. Its also why when you google "Sony vtc5 18650" all you get is vape URLs.

Even if it was real, maybe the cycle number would be really small.
