It feels that tape can be very strong when you have enough of them!!

If there are any easy way to do single cell protection I'd be happy to do, but for now only Tesla can do that!

a self resetting fuse between each cell between the line paralleling them should make it safe enough, hm?

It should, but why? Chances are almost zero. PTC should be inside most cells, but with cheap chinese you are never sure. And why would you use them in first place? Other brand name cells like panasonic, lg, samsung, sanyo and sony are safe even without ptc.

i got a big lot of "USB Powerbanks" for 1€ each, 2500mAh (tested myself) cells inside
 
nevermind, i will use them in my mobile speaker system. 6S8P or 12S4P. 50W draw usual, peak 100W
