18v drill motor for a short distance oriented board?

Hi,

Iv'e thought about making a small simple board to help me get into the metro station and back, and one i can take with me to cover small distances when my main board is too bulky to hang with.
I need it to be small, light weight, don't have to be too fast (15km/h will be perfectly fine).
I thought about getting a 18V Black& Decker cordless drill, and attach it to a simple skateboard.
Will this 18V motor have enough power to drive a 175LBS guy?

Even though i don't intend to use it the same way (i want it integrated into the board), it looks pretty solid:
