I have the 21x2.75 and the 19x3.5" and the 21 has an outer diameter of 27", the 19 is 26.5" OD. I know it's not the same, but I would estimate it would be around 25.5 to 26"

Its 25" tall and 3.1 inches wide on a 19x1.40 rim inflated at 23PSI.

Yeah that's not the greatest tire. Have you looked at the Shinko 241 19x2.75?

yes I was looking for them. I live in the Netherlands and it's hard to find Shinko tires here

I have just tested the tires I ordered. They seem to be ok for my ride. Their width is 2.9 "and the size is 25"

Go with the Vee Rubber VRM-021 2.75-19, its actually about 2.70" wide and a full pound lighter.

I'm looking for 19" x 1.6 or 1.85 alu rims in Europe. 36 or 40 holes but I'm out of luck or my search skills sucks..Anyone knows where I can find just the rim?

I'm going to use it with a Shinko 241 19" x 2.5" tyre

Yes, look for some moped shop. You should have shops in your land which stock rims you need.

Think I'll go and have a look tomorrow. Usually all the spare parts sold where I live is ridiculous expencive. But worth a shot.
