I believe Peter's switched to Cedric Lynch's Stybrook balancers now: http://agnimotors.com/home/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=27&Itemid=39

He said it was a good learning experience building his own system, but that the Stybrook system was simple and relatively cheap.
