Hello to the forum! (this is my first post)

Videos:
Intro (overview):
Playlist: 35KWh LiFePO4 Battery for $2K - full build 28 part series

I recently completed my second build of a 35KWh battery for home home energy storage, so I decided to take the time and video the process and publish it for all of you. I enjoy videos like 'how its made' and learn a lot from seeing how things are done around the wold, so this is me giving back to the community and you can see how one might approach this build in a California garage.

I purchased 3 of these batteries for about $1700 each and am building a battery bank that is larger than 100KWh for a residential home. It is amazing how much prices have dropped, and just how good of quality you can get with a repurposed vehicle battery. In this build I install two JK BMS units and some breakers and then configure the unit and install on a grid tied solar hybrid inverter. I fit this all in the original form factory of the battery module. its a great module, weather tight, with heating/cooling capability (if I needed that).

This is a long form video series, about 28 episodes long. I'm adding as much information as I can learn about CATL, the 302Ah batteries and the engineers and companies that were involved in the original design.

Its a ton of fun for me to make the series. I should have the rest of the episodes edited and uploaded soon. Let me know if you have any questions.

@harrisonpatm - Thats a great idea, i'll do that. I have been a lurker on endless sphere for years and it has influenced this and some of my other builds. I'm stoked to get a chance to share a little with this awesome community.

And we welcome the share! Hopefully I didn't come off as unwelcoming, i just mean to say that there are some diehard enthusiasts for secondhand cells on that forum, myself included, and I know you'll certainly get some props there as well.
