I am having trouble with some batteries which I have. I have located the problem to be with the BMS. Just wondering if anybody can help all the cells are fine but does not charge help needed .

Thanks

Have you tried the test/repair in the other thread you posted to yet?

If not, you might do that first. If you have, and it doesn't help, we'd probably need more detail of the problem and how it happened/started, and possibly pics of the BMS board itself to see what components you can / can't get to and test (because they're potted and you may have to remove the potting to fix it).

Thanks for your reply.....

Yes, I have tried that, removing the epoxy. The fuse seems fine and everything else seems good. The strange thing is, I took out the BMS out of a battery which charges and soldered it into the bad battery and it charged. Do you know where I may be able to get hold of any working BMS which I can purchase?

Many Thanks :D
