48v-How do I tap into it?

I previously posted re: 48v bike horn and have had zero luck trying to get 48v to tap into for powering the AliExpress horn for my 2013 iZip E3 Peak.
I have basic understating of electricity, electronics, etc., however, if I use a voltmeter to try to read the +/- off of the battery terminals I can get the required output reading, but have had no luck whatsoever using basic straight through temporary direct wire from + and from - to each terminal on multiple horns (new), with no output.
Is there an optional or additional location to tap into without jury rigging the wiring connectors to a switch to ultimately operate the horn?
Regardless, even before I get to that step, by simple starting step is not working....I cannot get any response from any of the 43 AliExpress horns that are sold as 48v units.
Bottom line is I want a maximum loudness, as loud as I can get train horn, truck air horn or anything as loud to blast the ignorant, unresponsive persons with their headphone on, walking 3-4 abreast and oblivious to anything occurring around them.
Please don't lecture me on the negativity of the use of such a loud and disturbing device, it's becoming worse than driving on an inner city expressway with vehicles that are hazardous and don't care about anything....now they even exist on the trails (as an analogy, with bikes), roads, everywhere, and with helmet cams turned on, proof of reality to validate claims (keep looking for the YouTube videos to prove the point), I need to use as many devices to alert jerks that are spaced out and tuned into some other universe.
I've use a miserable bottom of the barrel, top rated bike horn called "Hornit" which is the worst joke in history! People start looking in the sky for chirping birds!!! Then the police whistle seems to be the only item that really works, for now.
So, I'd like to wire up my 48v electric horn to be a backup for those who are texting while walking and sleep walking on the trails.
My rant is in need of knowing where to tap into the 48v without major issues.
I do not have anything else to provide 48v to test the horns, so I'm kind at a loss as to how to even validate the horns work.
I'd gladly buy 10 more at $3 each, but having already tried 2 with direct wire to the battery terminals with nary a peep is bumming me out.
Has anyone got any alternate solutions for the loudest dam horn to get or use?
BTW, I do use the AirZound, which is OK, but 75 lbs. of air refill after 3 hours of riding is a PIA.

One simple but potentially ghetto way is to splice it onto your main battery leads by removing some insulation from wherever seems like a good place on the battery cables, put the stripped ends of the horn wire in contact, optionally solder, and secure with tape or heat shrink. To see if the horn works just put the bare wires with the correct polarity to the terminals on the battery connector.

Forgive me for stating the obvious, but what about a regular car horn? For your purposes those are pretty loud, I scare people inside cars with them every day as they unknowingly wander into my lane. You can use a DC-DC converter to get the 12V. To hook up the converter see above.

I don't see any posts from you about that, just a single thread about programming your Izip, over a year ago.

Perhaps if you show us what you have, along with exactly how you tested the horns, along with all the info you have on the horns, we could help you figure out what you need to do.

It is also possible that the horns are simply all defective, or are not actually what they say they are, but if you've gone thru 43 of them as you note in the first post of this thread, that seems a little excessive failure rate even for cheap aliexpress stuff. :/

If you're riding a motor vehicle on a multi-use path and you feel the need to frighten other path users out of your way, that's straight up jackassery and I hope you face expensive legal consequences for it. If you're in that much of a hurry, get in the traffic lane with the other jackasses and play by the rules.

What a jerk!
