500 watt bafang help

I got this new Bafang 500 watt hub motor. I installed it and right away got the h 08 hall sensor error.
I opened it up and hooked it up and that got rid of the error code.
Unfortunately it doesn’t produce much power. It barely turns. Please see video:

Right away, I would suggest you contact the seller, but before you do, ck the connector for the halls to see if maybe a pin came out.
Then you need to test the halls. Search here for "hall test", I've posted it a couple of times, as have others. It's not difficult, all you need is a multimeter.

If a hall tests bad and you can't return it, don't bother trying to repair it, buy a inexpensive sensorless controller like this one;
