Can someone show me a wiring diagram for a 6 wire hall sensor. I am used to 5 wire this 6 wire thing is new ground for me and colours are throwing me off.

The sixth wire would usually be white and used for either a temp sensor or speed sensor, depending on what features the motor supports. If you don't need either, then you just connect it like a 5 wire connection and skip the white wire.
For which specific motor and/or controller? There are many possible configurations for a 6 wire sensor connector (assuming that is what your 6 pin connector is for), depending on the specific electronics involved. Not all of them will even be the typical UVW three-phase type hall sensor.
