as you can see it says waiting.as ive read the instructions i shoulp power on the display but it doesnt work while plugged to my usb port :( could someone tell me how i should fix this?

Hello.Nobody is answering so i will try again.I am trying to flash 860c display.Bought the cables from ecocycles.Flashing the motor went smoothly. The problem is with the display.the lcd display 860c has 2 cables going from it.One goes to power on off switch and second one to the battery i am using one that goes to the battery.Whatever i choose the aptburn only says waiting.rx count is at 0 and the display doesnt react at all.Could someone tell me how shouldni fix the problem? maybe i should plug the boot usb to other cable? please help me.I want to go long distance ebike journey in 2 days and my display is broken.

I am not really well qualified to assist but I have flashed my 860c display in the past (though recently it completely died). The bootlader should be plugged into the 5pin green connector. I am assuming that with the apt-burn application you have the driver loaded and an open com port? This being the case, load the desired file to flash (noting that it has to be the same OSF version as flashed to the controller but is a different file) mine flashed straight away but I think sometime you need to use the "on" button on the connected switches to conffirm the flash and boot up the display ( I could be wrong with all of this but hope it helps) As I said, my display seems to have died so this is all I get, mybe yours is the same

...Nobody is answering ....
Why are you posting the same question in such a lot of threads.
Doing this, all information will be fragmentated which doesn't help.

FYI
New threads are mostly invisable for members in the first place, because they follow only the threads they are interested.

If nobody can help maybe it is wise to buy an relative cheap Tsdz2 stock display and program the controller only with OSF.
This because it isn't clear if the 860C is broken or something else.
