Advice for my ebike build - MXUS Motor and LiPo

From what I can see, a lipo and a li-ion battery have about the same size and weight (at least for me at 36v10ah). The advantage of lipo is that if I need a lot of batteries, it is cheaper. But I don't need half a dozen batteries, so the price difference isn't that much.

Lifepo4 batteries tend to be heavier in part because they are only 3.3volts (vs 3.7 volts) so obviously you need more batteries. Really, some of the lifepo4 packs weigh twice as much as the Li-ion or Lipo packs.
 
Both LiFePO4 and LiPo (assuming you mean RC LiPo) are both Li-Ion. technically LiFePO4 is also LiPo, but around here I know the latter term tends to be misused to represent a single type of battery. ;)
