Aluminium 7075 vs Nirosta?

this is what's left of #25 roller after a year of usage, it's made of aluminum 7075

now my question will make this out of nirosta make it harder?

Of course it will be "harder" than 7075 Al, and it will most likely wear better & last longer.
But stainless is not the best material for chainrings.
a flame hardened carbon steel would last even longer.
 
so do you know anyone who might cut this out from either aluminmum or flame carbon?
 
Since you are located in Israel , take a look on facebook for gi customs .

Also there are ready made ones sold in Israel .

I think your setup or line are problematic since I know bikes running 18kw on normal .25 chains with no issues
 
there are NO ready made ones, in anywhere, if you can find one, i'd love to know about it, as ecospeed themselves said they custom make it.

Yes . No ready made ones . But the guy I referred you to can fabricate it easily
 
that looks nice, but it doesn't say anything about bcd or chain compatibility , i require 110 BCD for 25 roller chain,
