u can use a XT60 connector for precharge and a XT90 for final conncection. BTW i found a breaker that can stand 100A and 125VDC: The "OBB-100-125VDC" http://www.easysunshine24.de/index.php/accessories-35412/electronicsaccessories-35451/outbackpowersystemsaccessories-35686/outbackpowersystemaps2char-36342/dc-sicherungsautomat-obb-100-125vdc-pnl.html Not sure if a 50A 80VDC would do the job http://www.solarbag-shop.de/dc-sicherungsautomat-50a.html
Dont use XT60 for your girlfriends bike. XT90 is so much more durable. For her bike just go for XT90S. With 10s it will last forever
note: in the picture all wires are the same size. for precharge small wires like 18AWG or 0.75mm² are just fine though
note2: The 10 Ohm resistor was calced for the integrated plug. For the 2 plugs solution you have plenty of charging time, so 100 Ohm would be adequate. However, the 10 Ohm will work too for sure.
