Anyone know what brand/model this bike is?

California Xtreme is the only information I got.
Note: There is a pic of the badge. Brand name? Chinesium badge?
I have had no luck tracing the bike down on the interwebs, google image search gets me no where.

I notice the tube is really horizontal at the headset then curves down to bb.

No idea but I had a fat bike with those spider tread tires on it and it left a really cool imprint on the beach.
