Anyone used Golden Motor's Controller?

I'm thinking of getting it for my new Q100 re-wind. I just want something simple that can give me up to ~30A continuous, and is easily programmable, as I'm seeking out the limits of what I can do with a rewound Q100. Trying to eek out 50km/h from it.

I'm mainly concerned that it is not suitable for high speed motors such as the Q100, as all it looks like all Golden Motor motors are gearless.

Other option would be Lyen, but with auto-phase detection and direct to USB plug, this looks easier to program. Thoughts?

One bump, then I'm gonna guess that nobody has used this controller before. :/

I'm surprised that no one has bought one of these. I was tempted but can't really justify it.

GM's smaller version of this controller is feature rich and very consumer orientated. It's only real drawback is that it has a very sloooow start and the controller logic winds down the amps as motor rpm slows which makes hill climbing challenging. But it does seem indestructible.

This new version seems to offer respectable performance at a reasonable price and in a tiny form factor. As I said I havent tried it. Maybe I'm still tempted but it would only be interesting at a performance level that would kill my Ping pack.

I'm a bit surprised as well. Once you factor in shipping, it's not a cheap controller, but the ease of use for testing and the small tidy form factor, as you say, are tempting. Will probably sleep in the decision a little while longer while I look at rebuilding the motor I'm intending to pair with it, but I'm leaning 90% that direction.
