Are these Samsung batteries as advertised by manufacturer?

Came with the bike from manufacturer (EUYbike) directly. The batteries are not as the should be labeled and missing the word "Samsung" as all Samsung batteries do. Also according to some research Samsung doesn't ever include the Ah on label as well.

This what I thought the 50G looks like. As you said, Samsung seems to always put their name on it.

Lawyer and time go together well, always paid by the hour.
But is there a problem with the battery other than dubious labeling of cells? If I were to produce fake Samsung cells, i would certainly print 'Samsung' on them. 3 times, in bold. It's just a print on a piece of plastic, easiest part to fake.

Then you would be guilty of infringement. There is no law against having the same part number but there is if you start printing another company's name on your product.

the pack label says Samsung
Who ever made the pack I'm sure is different than who is making the cells. Whoever is making the cells I'm sure has a whole lot more to lose if Samsung went after them.

Makes sense. Has there ever been any action taken by Samsung on stuff like that?
