I have 54.6v 2amp 13s lithium chargers $20 each

48v 500w 18amp max controller $50

anything else you might need? I have many 13s batteries w good cells bad BMS wont charge.

I have many tested 18650 2.5AH ebike cells that were salvaged from bad BMS pack $1 each
