Bafang BBS02B Can-Bus extension cables in US?

I need the new Bafang DPC010 Display extension cable. They are no longer 5 pin round connectors, but a new proprietary connector. And I am not having any luck finding one here in the US.
Any suggestions, or am I forced to order from China?

If you look up "higo mini-f connector" "higo square connector" or "julet square connector" you should get hits on matching types, like this (and several similar) ebay ad:
