Bafang M400 strange problem

Hi everyone!
I have a mid-motor bike from local brand with Bafang M400 36V 250W system installed. All components are stock ones.
Yesterday I finally got a few spare hours for bike maintaining. I replaced chain and both sprockets, front and back. Both new sprockets with same teeth numbers as old ones, but I didn't find replacement for stock full-steel front sprocket so I replaced it with aluminum spider + steel chainring.
After assembly I got a strange problem. When I'm pedaling the assistance work as it should, bike is speeding up. But when I'm stop pedaling than the motor doesn't turns off. If I remove legs from pedals they continues rotating and bike maintaining speed. I can turn the motor off by stopping pedals from rotating (like half-breaking) or by turning assistance off. There is no errors on display, speed displays correctly.
I checked all wires and connectors from controller, no result. I also noticed that if I overturn a bike, rotate pedals by hand and then rotaate pedals backwards for braking, there is a little resistance and whirling from motor (even with power off), and I don't remember that it was like this.
Does somebody had the same issue? Any ideas are welcome, because mine already ended. I just can't understand the nature of this. If there been a dead torque sensor, then the assistance wouldn't work at all. Could it be in some half-dead state? Or might be I overtightened something?
 
The torque sensor has the signal level at no pressure on pedals higher than the threshold set in the motor controller firmware. Since the torque sensor is the part you attached the chainring spider to it probably affected the torque sensor. Try to loose the spider and tighten it again. If it does not help the controller needs to be calibrated to the higher torque sensor value. I do not know how you do this for Bafang motors though, you need to do some research about how to do this.
