Bafang MIdDrive M500 motor error 30

Hello, new in this forum, I hope some can help me, Bike is only 170Km and when is turn on shown error 30, battery indication at display is flashing that there is no charge(led battery indicate full charge) and system is shut down. Checked all cables take down motor checked controller cables, think that there is no problem.

error 30 is communication error between controller and display, and the other symptoms also point to that. Usually this is a problem at the plug between the controller and display, sometimes unpluggging it and plugging it back in will fix it. Sometimes it is a wire broken internally in the cable from controller to display; not easy to find or fix without just replacing the whole cable (requires opening up cont and/or disp and soldering new one in). Sometimes it is actually the cont's transmitter or the disp's receiver and you have to replace the cont or disp unit as a whole.
