Bafang settings need help!

Hi I'm new to the ebike world and wanted to change the settings on my bafang bbs01b motor with the b750c display.
I want to change a setting so it's cuts the power off once my batter get too low but its not giving me this option all the YouTube videos show the settings I need but it's not showing on my display, the attachment is all I'm being shown
