What of the batteries LiPo HobbyKing Zippy do you think?
Do I think about batteries Zippy 6S1P of 22.2V and 5.8Ah, are they guarantees for the long term?
I want to use four batteries of this type in series and parallel to make 44.4V and 11.8 Ah.

I use turnigy 25C very good batts, charge them to 4.1V and never below 3.3V if you want longer cycle life, I made a 50V 10AH pack out of 4 of these, works like a charm, you will be blown away by the performance compared to other batteries, get em on order :D

Turnigy's tend to be a bit bigger physically, and seem to have a bit more capacity. But only just a bit.

Buy the best c rate you can afford, but 20c is adequate for bikes that aren't racers.

12s lipo is a really great voltage. Right about the max volts you can run on many bikes and still keep up with pedals if you want to pedal.

Nothing garanteed for any kind of battery, but the lipos are cheap and easy to replace if you do get a bad one. Other bike batteries are a nightmare if you get stuck with a bad cell in there. The cheapest low c lipo seems to have the highest rate of bad cells, hence the advice to get the highest c rate you can afford.

I have about a dozen (1, 2, and 3 cell) 8-25c lipos that I've been running in my RC planes and helicopters during the last 3-4 years. Of these, only 2 individual cells have ever failed. One was a single cell battery and the other a 2 cell (that I converted to a single cell by removing the bad/puffed cell). One of these cell failures was probably due to "operator error" and the other was bad "right out of the box". Some of these batteries have well over 100 cycles on them. I must also say that I had an 8 cell NiMh battery that lasted well over 200 cycles before I ruined it (due to over charging the unit).

All in all, I'd say that lipos are a very good choice as long as you use, charge, and store them properly.

BTW, my lipo batteries range from inexpensive "RTF" units to the higher quality "Align" brand and, everything in between.
