I am doing some repair work on a 4s10p pack. Does anyone have an idea of how I detach/remove these black plastic holders shown in the picture, so I can get at the cells?

Since we can't see the entire holder array, these are guesstimate instructions based on the part I can see, the sides of the holders where they clip together, and where the holders clip to each other between the pack halves:

And assuming you need to replace a cell:

Most likely you'd need to remove the (usually spotwelded) interconnects on the ends of the cell that you need to replace, and slide the cell out the end of the holder.

If the ends are designed to keep the cells in place then you'd need to first remove the interconnects on one end of every cell that's in the older section you must remove, if it's made of more than one section you can take apart, then gently lift the clips between the plastic holder halves to separate top from bottom. It's likely you'll need to use some plastic or cardstock slips between the clips as you separate them to keep them apart as you move on to the next clip.

Then remove the holder half you've released, sliding it off the ends of the cells. Then remove the interconnects from the other end of the cell(s) you need to replace, slide the cell(s) out.
