Battery won't charge unless it's attached to the bike

Hi All,

Have a six month old bike, but just wondering if my battery is toast or not. The charger wasn't charging my battery but I still had some charge on my battery (reads as low). I attached it to my bike and plugged the charger in and hey presto! it started charging.

Does anyone know what this could be?

One possibly related issue is the battery is still reading low once charged. Yet on my screen it reads as fully charged.

Please measure the battery output and tell us your battery voltage.

You could test the battery voltage with battery tester.We don't know what kind of battery is.
