No, there shouldn't be any issues with the motor mount shifting out of alignment. I've never had any issues. As long as it's secured tight. I imagine my ride gets abused too as braking downhill is definitely a lot of pull to it even climbing uphill. If my belts aren't aligned properly they definitely affect the ride. I've even had a motor shaft broke but a 6mm motor shaft 50mm SK3. Although, I hit a pothole not sure if that helped in the process.
