Pretty cool, looks like a miniature San Francisco cable car setup. Remember, in pictures all hills look flat, sooo, since that looks steep in the pic. Must be a bear just to walk up it.

In the USA, someone would eventually hurt themselves somehow, and then sue the city. A judge would allow the suit, and a jury would award the "victim" millions of dollars for negligence. The cities liability insurance carrier would order them to shut it down.
I have a feeling that in Sweden, a judge would laugh at a lawsuit, and tell the "victim" to just stay away from the lift if they couldn't figure out how to use it without hurting themselves...
