Are the mid-pannier bags attached at the bottom as well so they don't flap around when you're cornering?

Also, I got the saddle bags from K-mart for $15 each They do the job. No flapping around because I zip-tied the shit out of everything.

No issues so far, no puffy cells or low voltage, or power loss. All good

I've had to replace 4 of the 10 packs so far due to puffy cells.

I've been thorugh 7 packs now, I let some go below 3.3 accidentally and they puffed up, and split the hardcase.
