I have recently bought a battery assembled just for me for this kit - http://www.turbobikekit.com/fast-cyclone-electric-bike-kit/cyclone-electric-bike-kit/cyclone-waterproof-geared-electric-ebike-kit-1920watt-3000watt-36v-60volt
it is 48V 15Ah 80 A max and 40 continuous.. I run it with limiting switch with the kit mentioned above - so the power is limited to 80A max. Problem is, guys from this firms don't know how to set up the battery or the BMS or both, I don't know - I have been to the firm 5 times already and each time I get it, there is a problem with the battery later and it does not function.. Am I right to think the guys in the factory are really lame? They keep blaming the motor that it is too powerful to set up, but it seems to me, that they don't really know what they are doing anyway..
What can I do? Can someone else help me set up the BMS on an already purchased battery? Any suggestions or help on how to set up the BMS for this kind of kit?

Thank you!

And also I am from Czech Republic, so maybe if you knew about some expert or firm capable to set up the BMS for me around - maybe in Germany or Poland.. thx!

Here's a photo of the BMS and battery:

It doesn't work at all?

First you need to take voltage measurements in the discharge and charge port, then on the balancing wires (in pairs, one next another) to check if all the paralleled groups are balanced

if you upload some close photos, that would help. Do you have complete specs?

What kind of cells do you have in the battery?
C discharge rate?

Hi,
I also buy that product 2 month ago… Seller is… how say that… un vender de fruit et légume…
I ask him several times explanation about how connect mid drive.. he send me wrong notice…
Before buy I explain I have already 36V 20AH, I would use with that motor… He said me that's ok… In fact, it doesn't work…;
If you find any solution please reply.
I don't want buy 60V battery to confirm controller or motor doesn't work... :evil: :evil: :evil:

Did you also buy the 1920-3000W kit? what is the maximum amp discharge you have on the 36V kit? and continuous?

they have also confirmed with me that it will work with 80 A max 48V battery, but now it doesn't - but maybe I think actually the battery manufacturer is to blame.. we will see.

also solution for you - have you tried the 3 speed switch that limits the amp discharge? - sold from them..
