I recently bought a kit, very nice, works rather well.
Now I want to buy a second kit but the website is down, phone and emails (both tech and customer service) are not answered.
Are they out of business?

well known on here as a touch and go kinda supplier. Only risk money with them you can afford to lose or use paypal.

Could be a holiday, there are lots in China. More likely, the business has gone out of business. Could be a fly-by-nighter, or its just normal and you bought from a smaller trade company. What kit were you looking for?

BMS are not a " fly by night" outfit. They have been around for years.
But they can be a pain to deal with...long shipping delays, high freight charges, very poor customer support, etc,
...not to mention some unreliable products !
Buyer beware. ...is the accepted aproach by most.

If you just recieved an order, then no they won't answer I have found. However talk of paypal for your next purchase, and the keyword seems to flag up, and your letter gets looked at by someone that speaks some sort of english.
