I just wanted to point out to fellow ebikers that paying for any purchase on PayPal in more than one transaction, in theory invalidates your PayPal buyer protection. It's been pointed out to me by a fellow biker that PayPal wouldn't know about the extra transactions being connected with the first purchase, and that's hard to disagree with. However for those who like their insurance policies to be strictly valid because of the feeling of security they give, this may feel important.
I'd also like to paste below two emails I got from BMSBattery recently asking for extra money to send a) an order with a battery after a few weeks waiting for it, and b) an order without a battery after a few days waiting. Both orders were straightforward, without additions or anything. I have just now paid the extra for the second order (in fact by paying for the whole sum again, so as to enjoy PayPal buyer protection) because I can't risk delays caused by haggling as I need the order to go on holiday with, but cancelled the first order because I would rather buy from trustworthy people.

Use PayPal to pay for your item.

4 August 2015 after waiting 2 weeks for battery order to be tested, packed etc:
"hi,
we are sending your order by DHL ,but your shipping cost is not enough ,you need to pay extra $25."
11 August 2015 for order of a controller and LCD after a few days waiting:
"hello ,
We are sending your order by fedex ,but your shipping cost is not enough ,you need to pay extra $15 .now EUEXP2 can't work now ."
A fellow pedelecer, had his battery sent by EUEXP1 for the regular rate, only a few weeks ago.
"(silence)" - three weeks after being invited to send in pics and video of my KU93 not working in PAS mode.
I'd also like to post part of the PayPal Seller Agreement which BMSBattery seems to be ridiculously in violation of:
