2.5mm JST plugs re-crimped back on the throttle side.

Alternatively, cut the plug off your old throttle and solder that back on.

thank you

One of those wires on the controller connector has battery voltage on it. If you connect it to the wrong one on the throttle, it'll kill the throttle instantly. Red will be 5v, black 0v, which means it's the green or yellow one. Whichever one it is, the remaining one is the signal wire. Use a voltmeter to find which one it is. You can play about with the others without doing any damage. Obviously, it won't work if you have the wrong sequence. Red to red and black to black is clear, so you only have to figure whether the signal wire from the controller goes to blue or green. Don't assume that you connect green to green. I would bet against it.

when he says use the voltmeter to find which one is the signal line, he means you want to measure the voltage on each of the blue and green wires when both the red wire and black wires are powered up from your controller.

so you have to connect the battery to the controller and then when you have the 5V between the red and black on the throttle, you can measure the voltage on the green and blue wires. it should be between 1-4.7V. it will change as you rotate the throttle.

the wire with that voltage is the signal wire and the other wire, which may be the blue wire, goes to the leds in the throttle and has battery voltage on it.

you should not connect the battery voltage to the throttle wire for the leds. having battery voltage inside the throttle housing can be a risk. if water does get inside the throttle, it can short the high voltage of the leds over to the signal line and that voltage on the signal line will cause the motor to go to wide open throttle.
