What is a good but affordable brushless sensorless controller capable of 30A max current? Tell me some brands.
Also, if I want to control the motor speed through a torque sensor instead of a twist-throttle, what would be this controller?

Torque sensors suck generally unless you do some DIY and tuning. A good 30A sensorless controller is a Greentime 9FET 4110 or 4410 (your choice) they support sensors and less.

Thanks friend, that was really a good suggestion! :D
What do you think of the CastleCreation Phoenix series? They have a 40A max current sensorless ESC.

Also, I was planing on buying a TMM torque sensor or a Thun BB torque sensor, although the main doubt here is I don't know how I'm going to "assemble" it to the controller so it reads the torque imputs and controls the motor's acceleration. Any tips??

Usually torque sensors are 3 wires just like a throttle. the torque sensor you will have will likely have 3 wires and if you ask greentime for PAS wires, they will add it for free or close to free. Castlecreations? like RC controllers?? steer clear they are no good for ebikes. They're designed to be tiny and lightweight and only handle burst power, ebike controllers do sustained power and need a beefy controller. SOme have figured out the RC controllers, but i see the max voltage on their controllers is 5 cells of lipo. My 18FET 4110 uses 24 cells.

Good to know that CastleCreations ESC are fragile for ebike application.
The main reason I was going for that ESC was because I'm building a middrive and I'm using a R/C motor with 250W model Neumotor 1905/3Y (CastleCreations) + a reduction drive to the rear wheel.
So you're saying that if I contact greentime as ask for a torque sensor imput they will do it on my controller? SO its a custom controller, not too expensive?

It is a custom controller. Very affordable and reliable. Miles will help you with figuring out a RC ESC, and since you're running a high kV RC motor in a reduction drive the ESC may handle it. Still, greentime is quite good.
