Peak power: 41kW, 140Nm (I think all ME1616 datasheets are overrated).
Top speed: 180km/h
Battery: 28s 20p (117.6V, 90Ah)

I'm currently working on a dyno to focus on field-weakening to achieve more speed.

Oh my, that's so amazing. I especially loved how you started with the design constraints for the element locations and suspension angles, then built the frame just connecting components "suspended" in their final locations.

And then 3d-printing welding guides, and designing a jig in CAD as well, and using only straight tubing... such an inspiring post, definitely feels like making a frame from scratch this way is within reach for a determined hobbyist! I still have a lot left to read but thanks for posting it publicly.

You list impressive engineering accomplishments , Bravo.
May I presume that Data A.I. was used to multiply your " engineering power " times 100 or more from a traditional perspective.
Your work is likely way beyond 100 times power?

Hahaha, unfortunatelly, when I started the project AI wasn't as developed as now so, there is only hard work behind, hours and hours of research, test, you know.

My god man, that is some seriously impressive engineering and fabrication. You'll do well, your blog is well written and follows the engineering decision making process beautifully. Kudos to you and the team for some genuinely smart processes there.

I too started with the motor and built the bike around it. Only way to go.

Any details on the battery?
