More clues.
Neighbor was telling me the fire marshal, who was putting this neighbor's fire out down the road, couldn't make it up my road and so had to turn around. He told me I should watch it, I reassured him I was selling it soon.
So, maybe "blocking the road" got the police on my ass.
Looks like it's "illegal". Meaning "criminal".
That'd be some kind of arrest warrant, right? They'd just come right into the property, I believe.
It does seem hard to believe I'd be arrested for /something like that/, so maybe it was just a warning. A citation.

And it looks like citations are often fines.
Interesting, because the fire marshal also fined that girl whose fire he was putting out.
Maybe he fined me too...
Looks like "traffic fines" are ordinarily $200-300 for this county.
