High temperature Hot glue works well if you still want to still be able to unstick the capacitors/inductors. If you are confident in it use epoxy.

Any of the silicone RTV products work very well but make sure it's "neutral cure" (no vinegar, i.e., acetic acid smell) so it doesn't affect any of the metals on the PCB.

Probably not. gasket silicone is designed to not stick to surfaces.

Wow, thats a mixed bag, lol. I think the linked RTV is neutral cure, as it does not smell like vinegar, such as silicone caulk. However, if it not going to stick long its useless to me. I was hoping it would work because I have some lying around the house, oh well.

Any recommendations of specific products that can be bought at Home Depot, Autozone, etc? Thanks!

Just found out the hard way, do not use household silicone, its non-conductive when dry, but conductive when wet... And its kinda hard to get back out of a meanwell once its been put in... I would use nice high-temp hot glue, its been used forever and works pretty well.

Well that's two for high temp hot glue. I've got low temp around the house, but that won't work. It's looking like I'll actually have to buy something.

Thanks for the help!

Various manufacturers make adhesives just for this application.

Here's a link to one (that may offer a free sample).
