Hey Michal!

How are you doing?

I want to build a battery pack and would be great if i could have again some of the GA cells! Do you have them on your hands? This time i'll need 70.

Thanks

Hello,
For now don't have more Sanyos but probably will have soon. Now left LG MG1.

Regards.

If you don't know what you're speaking about... just chill out dude!

ordered 120 sanyo GAs, nicely wrapped parcel reached me a few days later, cells were 11/2015 and had a remaining charge of 3.62V. didnt measure capacity cause I was eager to build 2 batteries! ;)

thanks @ tumich!

Two kinds of 18650 pack builders. Those who use insulation washers around the positive terminal before they tab weld to it, and those who will soon know why.

You're right!
Why not finish the job only with the nickel strip and the spot welder!? More clean, more safe!

No little protection from the nickel strip touching the negative can. Yes in a bike a pack can move or twist. Plus a barrier between series cans of parallel groups.

I actually ordered protection rings a few weeks ago for future batteries, had to get them from the US cause I didnt find a supplier in germany. so far my current batteries have held up really well though, even daily abuse in a skateboard! ;)

the sanyo GA have an offset btw - plus pole tip is slightly elevated over the insulation! :)

Does anyone know what chemistry LG MG1 cell is? Yes I tried googling and have data sheets, no mention about specific chemistry. :? They are 3.62V nominal by data sheet, if it helps.

In my opinion NCA.

Can you explain why? Sound clean to me!

Can you spell short. Remember all the rest of the battery is negative. Battery 101.

Thank you, Michal for providing such a great service. I can't wait to be receiving the Sanyo 18650 GA batteries in bulk

Cheers.

Hey guys, I sent Tumich a PM about some 18650GA but he might be on holiday so I'm just checking in with everyone else to see if anyone knows about his cell stock right now. Anyone have a recent update?

Thanks Gents!

The Sanyo is out of stock he told me a couple of days ago, but that he might get some soon. His first post is always updated so you can see there that he only have one type of cells at the moment.

Thanks. It wasn't entirely clear to me that the LGDBMG11865 was the only cell he had. Thanks for the clarification.

I will wait for the Sanyo 18650GA so hopefully those come in soon!

Great cells seller! My second order, and it's all right! Thanks for the 70 cells! Till next time..

Hi!

I need about 60 cells, do you have that many available will need them shipped to San Francisco, USA. PM me if you can.

Thanks!
~Kris

I will reply on pm after 15.07

I might be willing to hop on the list, although.. I would only need 18 or 24 cells, so if someone is willing to split the deal, I would be in! I'm located in East Eu, so one of us would need to split the order / reship the batteries.

Hi again and sorry for responding in the forum but for some reason I can't send private messages - they just sit in my Outbox? I'm interested in the Sanyo 3500mah cells - possibly about 100 shipped to NZ. Are they all single cells or are the already welded into packs?
