i build battery 14 amp 48 V and i use bms 40 amp (discharge current) ,fuse 30 amp (bbshd max current 30A) but when motor work 3 minute it stop

A common rule of thumb is 1.35x the maximum load current. 1.35x 30A = 40A fuse. Make sure it is also rated to interrupt your maximum DC voltage. DC electric arcs are much harder to extinguish than AC. Also this assumes it will be operating at a temperature of 25 deg C. There are derating curves for higher temperatures that depend on the fuse type.
