Controller vibration damage

On my bike I mounted the controller on a modified water bottle cage. As I ride a lot on gravel trails the road vibration is quite substantial.
That can't be very good for a sensitive electronic component :( I suspect that it could be the cause of some controller problems.

Now that my new Lyen's infineon has arrived I thought I would come up with a vibration dampening mount for it.

I made an aluminum mounting plate with holes to attach to the bike frame water cage holes. The four 3/8" holes on the corners line up with the mounting holes on the controller. I then lined all 8 of these holes with 5/32" rubber grommets. After screwing the mounting plate to the frame I'll add the 1/2" grommet spacers as shown. The bolts are sized to fit loosely through the small grommets.

This setup should isolate a lot of road vibration from jarring the controller around.

What do you think :?:

That should help a bit. I'd worry a lot more about the effects of vibrations on the tab welds or other connections of the cells in battery pack.

Yes, My battery is setting on closed cell foam from computer packing material

all my electronic is mounted on rubber washer and yes its very important too protect the batteries from vibration my last set up was 2x 36 ping batteries and i made a custom lexan box with layer of padding inside its the same as mouse carpet for computer and the finish at the top with silicon to hold the pack from moving !
I will do the same thing with my new lipo pack but seperate each other in case of a lipo fire there only one will puff .
