So I have been building a E-bike with crystalyte parts and thought it time to share

Bike: Giant Talon
Hub Motor: The Crown TC 100
Controller: 72v 60A Crystalyte
Batteries: Hobbyking 18s 11600mah (6 x 6s 5800mah)
Monitor: APM display

Torque arms were custom made to fit frame and blend in unnoticed



Throttle was adapted to fit original grip off of bike
Battery box custom made to fit
Hydraulic Disk brakes are 160mm standard for bike looking to upgrade to 203mm disks
16T freewheel needs replacing as is cheap Taiwanese one
currently charging with 3 x Accucell balance chargers but have bought bulk charger and battery medics so I can charge batteries without removing

What's the box made out of? How did you construct?

The box is made out of chipboard stapled and glued together with a coat of flat black paint
I just used what I had
