I intend to get a Cute 100 CST rear kit from green bike kit. I intend to fit it on a 26' wheel mtb. My area is mostly flat and i am light rider at 60kg. my currently battery system is 36v 10ah bottle battery. would a 328rpm have enough torque to hit the maximum potential speed on trottle alone? I do not mind slow acceleration

If you're a fit cyclist, and you already cycle around at 20mph, it could work, but you mention "throttle only", which is a bit worrying. It's a small, lightweight motor with relatively low power, not a motorcycle engine. If you want a motor to spin at 328 rpm on the road (27 mph), you need 25 to 30 amps and a much larger motor like the 500w Bafang CST.

There's one or two forum members, who use the 328 rpm version on their bikes, but they use them to boost their speed above 15mph when they're already pedalling hard. If you use the throttle or high pedal assist below 15 mph, it'll be very inefficient. Both the motor and the controller will heat up.
