Cyclone / Headline Driver FET

Hello,

i have the Cyclone / Headline Driver for 650W. Inside the controller there are 80V Caps. In another threads here, i found only descriptions about 50V and 100V Caps. I want to know, if i can use my 10S2P LIPO Pack ( full charged 42V ). The description is only 36V. I tried to find out, what FET are used. The FET are labeled with:

97T076GP
95014F

I don´t find any datasheet for this FET. The Caps are for 80V. Can i use my lipo pack on this controller ?

irfb3205 with breakdown voltage=55V i think.

The FETs in my Cyclone 650W controller (rated for 24V) were IRFP064V, which are 60V FETs.

Either way, a 55V or 60V FET should be good for ~42V operation. I plan to upgrade my setup to 10S LiPo at some point.
