Old LCD monitor power supply brick from Goodwill or other thrift store. Many will run off the bike's DC battery just fine.

These work well.. ive recently found out you can run led emitters with them also.

+1 on this. I use this to power my heated vest from my pack. Variable output up to 30v. Highly recommended.
