Is there a specific reason you want to cut a white wire vs any other wire?

Where, exactly, do the wires you have come from and go to?

What instructions are you following for "derestricting"? Are they for your specific controller?

What parameter are you trying to derestrict? (power, current, speed, torque, etc?)
