display EN06 wont turn on but usb 5v is pesent while power button is pressed

hello

i have a foldable 14 gearzen ebike..

display is EN06 with an usb port. it does not come on, but usb 5v tester shows 5.02v , is pesent while power button is pressed ...
before taking display apart looking for a short or mosfet, i wanted to ask for troubleshooting help, maybe it is the controller and not the display or what sounds to be common issue for this symptom...
motor is working (tested with another controller)...so only display controller failure...

controller is X863 AA005
36/48V and battery for my tests is at 41v , battery does receive charge seems ok

Most owners just buy a new display when this happens, as they're not repairable. I did not find any examples of an EN06 display that has an attached USB port. Why not post a photo of the display, and also show its connector(s).

If there is a USB port or if the USB comes from the controller, that still suggests that the display is not latching on when you hold the power button down. That's still a circuit failure and not repairable,

Shipping from China to Brasil may ne more expensive for you, but these EN06 units would cost about $20 USD to ship to the USA. Even if you gave me the components to replace, they will be surface mount, and I would rather buy a new unit before I would try to solder those tiny pieces,
