[E-Chopper]

Hi everyone

i dont know what Forum i should post this...
But Snow is a kind of Water sooo .........i choose this Forum....

Time ago i buy some of this really Cheap (20 Bugs include Shipping Bosch F016L68.....BLDC Motors).
They are really awesome for this little Money they can go up to 1,5Kw ...but not Continuious.
Now i use this "little" BLDC´S for a new Project called E-Aerosledge

First i Build the Framework .
Most parts are cheap and from Amazon .
I also use old Snowboards for the Sledge (Upcycling)
In they way i use this BLDC motors the can Handle the +-1,5 Kw easy because the was cooled from the cold Winter Air ....from the Propeller .
The Controllers had two mode function ....the Bosch BLDC had no Hall Sensors so i use it in Sensorless-mode ....works good for Proppellers like the most Drones the Motors had no Hall Sensors .

I measured the input of the Controllers its about 28-32 Ampere.
The Picture show the first Prototype later i change the Ski against a Snowboard
The DIY accupack i soldering from Samsung 18650 SDI 13P its now a 13S and 12 in Pararell.

The Vehicle is really awesome to ride .
Maybe some food for thought to recrate

That's pretty cool. I'm impressed with how well it goes uphill. It would be great on a big frozen lake.

in real i want to build a groundeffect vehicle Airplane.
But my Queen(wife) was not very amoused.
So i always want a snowmobile too.
Thats a really cheap way to get a kind of snowmobile .
It had not much moving Parts so it only needs low maintenance.

We had a big lake in my hometown but it is in private property may i ask the owner ... its true drive this on frozen lake will be great.

Meanwhile i mount led lights on it.

You could build the ground effect vehicle and tell your wife it is a boat. You just need to act surprised when it starts to fly.

If you have a frozen lake you could try a version that has blades like an ice boat instead of the skis. That would be an interesting experiment.
