Heinzmann brushed hub motor, either 24v or 36v. Motor test is easy, just try the two big wires with any battery from 12-36v. It spins it's good.

The 24v version also has two little wires to the motor that go from the controller to a temp switch. One thing to try might be jumping those wires at the controller, to fool it that the switch is on.

Sla's of course. The charger for the sla's is built into the battey case.

From what I have read they are very cheaply made. Most are 24V SLA.

Do you mean Lacocca ebike like this?

If it's, it is much simple to change out the controller, and replace it with brushed controller and run it at 48v.

I saw it today it's 24v sla and it's a three wheeler has all the look of the Lacocca ebikes with a belt drive. It's a little beat up. The husband crash it and the other Higgins girl's bike bent the goose neck and handle bars. This guy's a monster. When they bring it over I'll look closer at it.
