E/BIKE won't turn on.

While riding my Glarewheel 250 Volt my back tire started going flat and I didn't notice this. Only after the bike slowed down quickly that it shut down. Now there are NO horn, front light, brake light, even the 4 lights that show the charge level are out, even with a fully charged battery, DID THE MOTOR BLOW A FUSE?

How are you determining that the battery is fully charged?

Inspect all the cables, plugs, and battery contacts you can access. Look for things like loose terminal clips, plugs that aren't pushed all the way in or that have arc damage, plug contacts that have partially backed out of the housing, or physical damage to the wires. It's almost always one of the above.

If you can access the battery fuse without disassembling the battery, check that too. Sometimes a fuse holder will fail without the fuse itself showing any problem.

No I suspect it is the battery fuse. Open up the case and there are fuses on positive and negative cables. I believe 30amp change em. Check all other connections every where else. (I have this bike)

I could not find a "Glarewheel 250 Volt". How about a link? If it indeed is 250 volt, make sure your hands are dry and wear rubber gloves when you mess with it. At that voltage, shocks can be lethal.

so i moved it to the ebike troulbeshooting section, even though i'ts pointless since they'll never come back to read anyone's help.
