There were a coulple of those kits sent out to be reviewed by es members. Time went by, now I hear there is another type of kit the vendor is going to sell in 2009. I belive those were golden motors kits, or from the same manufacturer as golden. So look for reveiws of golden motor kits. Another vendor is selling Aotema motor kits at hightekbikes.com, I am currently reviewing that one, if you want more info before you buy something. Look in the review and testing section.
